Last year my 5K was around 28 minutes but I would love to make that an easier and quicker run.

Also, I'm glad to know I'm not the only person that likes to run without music. I honestly find music to be a distraction.Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13673033206542527050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2481098359412873055.post-4718813432479454102015-07-20T22:07:57.456-04:002015-07-20T22:07:57.456-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13673033206542527050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2481098359412873055.post-171309186974022682015-07-20T16:32:55.585-04:002015-07-20T16:32:55.585-04:00Those are really fast miles! One thing I have learned is that by slowing down, it allows you to run longer distances.

Oh, I also prefer to run without music when I'm outside. I like to hear what's going on around me and it is nice to be more in tune with your surroundings.

Great job on the mile a day!Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02946675419746616433noreply@blogger.com
