a traveling Wife: Fitness Inspiration

Fitness Inspiration

Fitness is a huge part of my life, but I have never been one to stick with a gym membership, fitness class, or a strict regimen for any length of time. I like variety for my brain and my muscles. I believe I have found many outlets that can help boost my mind with some fitness inspiration.

My fitness inspiration mostly comes from YouTube, Instagram, Bloggers, and previous programs I was a part of. All free programs because I am cheap! They keep me interested in running, yoga, HIIT, and body weight workouts. And I think the easiest way to keep fitness a part of your life is to remain interested. Without any fitness inspiration, you will likely grow bored of your standard routine. Broaden your daily fitness with some fitness inspiration from yours truly!

Fitness Inspiration

YouTube:
Zuzka Light has some great, short fitness routines. Talk about being able to get at least 5 minutes of fitness in each day. She also offers some longer HIIT routines or series that can help focus on particular exercises; ways to improve.

BodyRock has wonderful monthly series that will really test your mind and muscles. It is always fun to see how much stronger you are after sticking with a 30 day routine.

Yoga with Adriene is one of my favorite channels to practice yoga. This month she has a series for 30 days of yoga. You can log-in each day and follow along with her yoga practice.

Instagram:
Glisten Fit offers routines including weights, body weight, or even partner exercises.

Achieving_Balance always has lovely photos and videos. The routines are great for on-the-go type people that may not have access to a gym.

Bloggers:
Housewife Glamour recently started posting fitness routines. I have really been enjoying the new energy she offers to this whole fitness game.

Treble in the Kitchen posts some amazing healthy eats. I know this entire post is about fitness, but eating healthy is an important part too!

Am I missing any good fitness inspirations? I would love to add some new ones to my list.
