Smoothie bowls are perfect for the high energy lifestyles. They can be topped with whatever toppings you prefer to give you a unique experience each and every time.

Do you ever get that sluggish feeling in the afternoon and reach for yet another cup of coffee? Yeah, I get that way too, usually around 3pm. My shoulders start to lean forward and my eyes get heavy. If I don't prepare myself in advance of this 3 o'clock feeling, then I tend to reach for the caffeine or sugar. But those are only temporary fixes.
I've trained myself to reach for something wholesome and nutrition right before that sluggish feeling. Things like fruit, nuts, and nutrition bars help give me that last boost of energy needed to make it through the work day. So what would happen if I threw all these items together, like I do occasionally?
